Favorite Things Friday- A Valentine To Alaska

michele sinacore events is lucky to be part of an organization called Wish Upon A Wedding (www.wishuponawedding.org).  The organization is the first of its kind to grant weddings and vow renewals to couples facing extreme life altering situations such as terminal illness. Its an incredible organization with a goal of helping couples in need realize the wedding of their dreams.

The amazing idea behind Wish Upon A Wedding has attracted many top event & wedding industry pros to act as “Wish Granters” providing the organization with various services and wedding related products throughout the year. We were lucky enough this year to participate in their annual Wish Upon A Wedding Auction along with some of the top wedding pros in the country. For our auction item we offered 50 customizable candy favors where the winning bidder picks the colors, themes & we customize with packaging ribbon and tags. The favors could be used for any occasion, shipped anywhere in the US.   Our lucky winner, Ruth, hails from a town called Kotzebue, Alaska where I hear its some {-20} this time of year!  What better way to warm Ruth & her friends up with Valentine’s Day themed candy favors from michele sinacore events!  Ruth wanted to surprise her co workers and friends with a sweet surprise  and for that we think she is pretty sweet herself!   We were so excited to ship to Alaska that we ended up making 6 different kinds of favors with custom stickers and wrappings.   A huge Alaska thank you to Ruth for bidding on our favors and for warming our hearts this Valentine’s Day.  We hope these sweet treats make your day {and chilly Alaska} a bit warmer!
